No matter how far along we get in this earthly life, from time to time we all have Self- Doubt. Yikes! It is that little voice that sneers in your ear, “I dont know, I’m scared…what if I am not good enough?”
Just when you think you’ve gotten past those self-sabotaging thoughts and are starting something new and fabulous, you catch whiff of a ‘fear thought’.

It is alright. Keep it in perspective because the truth is ; you are not your thoughts. Repeat after me: ‘I am not my thoughts.’ These fear thoughts are part of the human condition and they love to reappear just when we are ready to Uplevel our life in some way. Kind of like the ego’s sneaky way of keeping us small and ‘safe’.

So, here’s the deal on breaking the pattern.

It is important to have tools on hand to help you overcome this kind of thinking. You really dont want to hang out there, do you? I didn’t think so.
Here is what to do to get rid of a fear thought:

1- tell yourself ‘I am not my thought- I am the kind and wise observer of these thoughts’
2- replace the fear thought with a poitive love thought, affirmation or comforting visual
3- play a favorite song- music is one of the best ways to shift thinking eaffortlessly
4- get busy serving someone with loving kindness.

These postive easy actions bring you back to your present moment and and release those fear thoughts.
